Use of the Bottelino's website is subject to the user agreeing to the following
Terms and Conditions. These conditions shall apply to all online transactions between
Bottelino's Shop (bottelinosdeli.com) and any person, firm or company ("the Purchaser")
placing an order online with Bottelino's for the manufacture and/or supply of any
goods ("the Goods").
Bottelino's, by accepting any order for Goods from the Purchaser, agrees to sell
and the Purchaser agrees to purchase such Goods at the price stated on Bottelino's
website and on the sole basis of the terms and conditions of Bottelino's shop (bottelinosdeli.com)
stated herein.

2. Price
In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on our website, bottelinosdeli.com
reserves the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price. The customer
will be notified by email informing them of the correct price, and given the choice
to proceed with the order.
3. Website Security
Bottelinosdeli.com provides a 100% secure payment system. All payment transactions
will be processed by WorldPay. Payments are submitted online using protocol 128
bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer), the strongest commercially available level of encryption.
The private data of the Purchaser will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit
over the Internet.
For added security, we do not store your credit card details.
The Purchaser should see a yellow padlock in their browser status bar or next to
the address bar which indicates that the encryption is taking place. Clicking on
this padlock symbol will display the certificate details, including issuing company
and validity dates.
Visa Verification
At Bottelinosdeli.com we invest time and effort into ensuring the highest level
of transactional security possible on all credit card orders. To support our already
high levels of fraud screening we have implemented VBV (Verified by Visa). This
is very similar in operation to the Chip and Pin process that you find in most high
street retailers.
If your VISA card has been enrolled on to the VBV program you will need to complete
a form from your issuing bank in the following pages.

Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been received in full.

5. Delivery Information
Where do we deliver?
Bottelinosdeli can only deliver to UK mainland addresses. If you would like to order
outside of mainland UK please contact us and we will be able to offer you a bespoke
delivery package.
How much is the delivery?
All gifts have a bespoke delivery cost depending on the value and weight of your
order.
Delivery charges include insurance in the unlikely event of damages.
Can you deliver on a Saturday/Sunday?
Regrettably some items will not be delivered on the weekend. Some of our smaller
items which will are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery will be delivered on a
Saturday.
How quick can you deliver?
Most items can be delivered within 2 Working Days of placing the order. We always
endeavour to deliver with 2 working days however delays may occur that are outside
our direct control.
What time will my order arrive?
Deliveries take place between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately it is
not possible to guarantee an exact delivery time.
What if the recipient is not home?
If the recipient is not at home on the selected delivery date, the courier/postman
will either attempt redelivery the next working day (from 9am to 5pm), leave the
parcel with a neighbour or leave the parcel at a local post office for collection.
All deliveries require a signature.
Please ensure all address details including house number and post code are entered
correctly. Any delivery problems and redirections arising from incorrect address
information have to be charged for.
If the parcel is not collected by the addressee after 14 days then it is returned
. Thereafter, the Purchaser will incur a redelivery charge to deliver the Goods.
The Purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for
sale and need replaced (any perishable items).
If I order more than one item will they all come together?
From time to time we will need our supplier to send your purchase direct if we do
not have any in stock, this will mean that your order can be delivered separately.
Bottelino's whoever will do everything they can to insure your order will be delivered
on the same day.
6. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Damages
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and the service we provide.
If for any reason the goods you have chosen do not meet your approval, please return
them to us within 7 days, in their original packaging, and we will happily offer
a full refund of the value of the goods.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order up to 24 hours before the requested delivery date. However,
if we receive notice of your cancellation later than 24 hours before the delivery
date, you may be too late to halt the delivery. To cancel your order if the goods
have already been dispatched, you must notify our customer services team by email
to sales@bottelinosdeli.com. If you cancel the contract you must send the item,
unused and in its original packaging, back to our contact address and we will refund
the value of the goods.
Damages
If the Goods are damaged the Purchaser should contact Bottelinosdeli within 2 days
of receipt of Goods. Damaged Goods must be returned to our address above, suitably
packaged. we will replace or refund the items concerned.
7. Customer Care
The Purchaser should inform Bottelinodeli immediately of any problems by Telephone

will do our utmost to investigate any complaints as soon as they are brought to
our notice. We will endeavor to rectify any problems as soon as possible. Please
note that the Purchaser is also welcome to contact Bottelinosdeli.com on any issue
relating to their order on the contact telephone, fax or email listed above. Bottelinosdeli.com
operating hours are from 09:00am GMT to 17:00pm GMT, Monday to Friday.
8. Substitutions
Bottelinosdeli.com reserves the right to substitute any items included in our hampers
of similar or greater value, if for any reason those listed on the web site are
unavailable.
9. Alcohol
No persons under 18 years of age may place an order or receive Goods from Bottelinosdeli.com
if the Goods contain alcohol.
10. Force Majeure
Bottelinosdeli.com will exercise every reasonable effort to meet the requested delivery
date. Bottelinosdeli.com shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due
to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control,
such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts
or omissions of the Purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action,
defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in
transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.
11. Privacy Policy
Bottelino's collects the information provided by the Purchaser at the time of ordering
and uses this information lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act
1998. Information is collected by Bottelinosdeli.com to process the Purchaser's
order and also to provide the highest level of customer service possible. Under
no circumstances will personal details including email addresses be passed onto
any third party companies. In addition Bottelinosdeli.com will not email marketing
material to the Purchaser unless prior consent has been obtained. If the Purchaser
does not wish to receive any promotional material they can uncheck the 'Promotions'
box in their personal details.

website you are licensed to copy electronically or to print portions of this site

None of the above terms affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
